What changed, and what it changes for you

Not a changelog: nobody wants to know we shipped 2.17.3, they want to know what changed for them. Every entry is dated and mentions only what is actually live.

Bug fixes and internal changes are not here. What follows is what you will see, or what you will be able to do, without asking anyone.

September 2026

A week of work on what the product measures, and on how it tells you about it.

28 events, including on a site with no shop

Contacts, sign-ups, bookings, applications, internal searches, articles read: the connector recognises them without configuration. A site that sells nothing finally sees its own journey instead of an empty checkout funnel.

Revenue net of tax, beside the amount charged

Platforms optimise on what the customer paid; your books read net of tax. Both are now shown, and the net figure appears only if your shop declared it, never inferred from an assumed rate.

What your visitors search for on your site

A new table in Insights. A term with no result is a customer telling you what they came for and did not find. Terms containing an address or a number are redacted before anything is stored.

A funnel that fits your site

A shop sees its checkout funnel. A site without a cart sees its own. Decided on the measured window, not by a setting you have to find.

TikTok, Pinterest and Microsoft Advertising

All three destinations now have their page, with the exact event mapping, including the events that do not go, and the limits particular to each platform.

A health score that no longer judges a small site

Steadiness is only scored above a volume where it means something. Below it, day-to-day variation was measuring the size of the site, not the quality of the tracking.

No surprises

What this page will not do

A what's-new page exists to inform, not to give the impression that things are moving.

No feature announced before it exists

Everything listed here is live at the time of writing. We do not publish a roadmap dressed as news.

No internal fixes

Bugs fixed, dependency updates and infrastructure changes do not appear here. They matter, but they change nothing for you.

No version numbers

Except where they concern you: which connector version to install, for instance. The rest is noise.

Everything described here is included in the free plan

One site, 10,000 events a month, no card.
